Ingredients
Every Mastry is built on the same base: carbonated water (water, carbon dioxide) and mastic, the resin of Pistacia lentiscus from Chios, Greece. Nothing artificial, no sweeteners, no preservatives.

Allergen information
SEVERE ALLERGY WARNING. DO NOT DRINK if you have a severe or anaphylactic allergy to pistachio, cashew, or mango. Mastry contains mastic, the natural resin of Pistacia lentiscus, a tree in the Anacardiaceae family, the same botanical family as cashew, pistachio, mango, sumac and pink peppercorn. Cross-reaction is possible. If your allergy is mild, consult your doctor before drinking. Mastic is not among Japan's mandated allergens; we disclose it voluntarily. Questions: hello@mastry.jp.
Mastry contains none of the allergens Japan requires to be labelled (egg, milk, wheat, buckwheat, peanut, shrimp, crab, walnut) and is produced without gluten, soy, or animal products.

重度のアレルギーがある方は飲用しないでください。マストリーには、ウルシ科（Anacardiaceae）の樹木 Pistacia lentiscus から採取される天然樹脂マスティックが含まれます。ウルシ科にはカシューナッツ、ピスタチオ、マンゴー、スマック、ピンクペッパーが含まれ、交差反応を起こす可能性があります。ピスタチオ・カシューナッツ・マンゴーに重度（アナフィラキシー）のアレルギーがある方は、絶対に飲用しないでください。軽度の場合も、飲用前に必ず医師にご相談ください。マスティックは日本の特定原材料等には含まれていませんが、自主的に開示しています。ご不明な点は hello@mastry.jp までお問い合わせください。
特定原材料8品目（卵・乳・小麦・そば・落花生・えび・かに・くるみ）は含まれていません。 グルテン・大豆・動物性原料も不使用です。
Product facts & safe handling
- Non-alcoholic, 0.00% ABV. Mastry is sparkling water, not a mastiha liqueur. It contains no alcohol and no caffeine.
- Pressurised glass bottle. Do not shake. Do not freeze. A frozen bottle can burst. Open chilled, and point the bottle away from your face when opening.
- Storage. Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening and finish within 24 hours. The bubbles are best the day you open it.
- Best-before & lot. The best-before date and lot code are printed on every bottle. If you ever need to reference a bottle, that lot code is what to send us.

- ノンアルコール — 0.00%。マストリーはマスティハ・リキュールではなく、 炭酸水です。アルコール・カフェインは含まれていません。
- ガラス瓶入り炭酸飲料。振らないでください。凍らせないでください — 凍結すると瓶が破裂するおそれがあります。よく冷やしてから、顔を近づけずに開栓してください。
- 保存方法。直射日光を避け、冷暗所で保存してください。開栓後は冷蔵し、 24時間以内にお飲みください — 炭酸は開けたその日が最もおいしくお楽しみいただけます。
- 賞味期限とロット番号。すべての瓶に賞味期限とロット番号を記載しています。 お問い合わせの際は、瓶のロット番号をお知らせください。
Shipping & delivery
- All orders ship from Japan. Domestic delivery typically arrives in 3–5 business days; international delivery times are estimates and vary by destination and carrier.
- International orders: customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are the recipient's responsibility. Whether a food product may be imported is governed by your country's rules. Please check local import regulations before ordering.
- Orders are confirmed by email within one business day. Your contract with us forms when we send that confirmation.
配送について
- すべてのご注文は日本から発送します。国内は通常3〜5営業日でお届けします。 海外への配送日数は目安であり、お届け先や配送業者により異なります。
- 海外へのご注文：関税・輸入税・手数料は受取人のご負担となります。食品の輸入可否は 各国の規則によりますので、ご注文前にお住まいの国の輸入規制をご確認ください。
- ご注文は1営業日以内にメールにて確認いたします。当店との契約は、この確認メールの 送信をもって成立します。
Returns
Because Mastry is a food product, we cannot accept returns after shipment except when something is wrong: if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email a photo of the bottles and the lot code to hello@mastry.jp within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the order or refund it, whichever you prefer.
