Terms of Sale販売条件
- Offer and acceptance. Submitting an order form is an offer to purchase. A contract forms when we send our order-confirmation email. We may decline orders we cannot fulfil (for example, destinations we cannot ship food to).
- Prices. Prices are shown inclusive of Japanese consumption tax. Shipping fees and any customs charges are additional as described in the disclosure above.
- Delivery and risk. Risk in the products passes to you when we hand the shipment to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
- Returns. As set out in the 返品特約 above: no returns of food products after shipment except for damage, defect, or incorrect delivery, notified with a photo and lot code within 7 days of delivery.
- Import responsibility. For international orders, you are responsible for confirming that the products may lawfully be imported to your destination and for any duties or taxes levied there.
- Force majeure. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- Allergen acknowledgment and voluntary consumption. MASTRY contains mastic, a natural resin harvested from Pistacia lentiscus, a tree in the pistachio family (Anacardiaceae). People with allergies to pistachio, cashew, mango, or other Anacardiaceae plants may react to this resin. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read the allergen information published on our Care page; that they have considered their own dietary needs and any allergies, consulting a medical professional where appropriate; that the product's suitability for each person who will consume it is the buyer's responsibility to assess; and that any consumption is the buyer's voluntary choice made in light of this disclosure. Nothing in this clause excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including Japan's Consumer Contract Act and Product Liability Act; in all other respects the limitation of liability in these Terms applies.
- Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Japanese law.
- Governing law and jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the 【Tokyo】 District Court as the court of first instance.
販売条件
- 申込みと承諾。注文フォームの送信は購入の申込みです。当店が注文確認 メールを送信した時点で売買契約が成立します。食品を配送できない地域へのご注文など、 対応できないご注文はお断りする場合があります。
- 価格。表示価格は日本の消費税込みです。送料および関税等は、上記表記の とおり別途かかります。
- 引渡しと危険負担。商品の危険負担は、当店が配送業者に商品を引き渡した 時点でお客様に移転します。お届け日は目安であり、保証ではありません。
- 返品。上記返品特約のとおり：食品のため発送後の返品はお受けできません。 破損・不良・誤配送の場合は、到着後7日以内に写真とロット番号を添えてご連絡ください。
- 輸入の責任。海外へのご注文の場合、商品がお届け先の国へ適法に輸入できる ことの確認、および課される関税・税金は、お客様の責任となります。
- 不可抗力。当店の合理的な支配を超える事由による遅延・不履行について、 当店は責任を負いません。
- アレルゲンの確認および自発的な摂取。MASTRYには、ウルシ科 （ピスタチオと同科）の樹木 Pistacia lentiscus から採取される天然樹脂 「マスティック」が含まれます。ピスタチオ、カシューナッツ、マンゴーその他ウルシ科植物に アレルギーのある方は、本樹脂に反応するおそれがあります。注文により、購入者は、当社 ケアページに掲載のアレルゲン情報を読んだこと、 自身の食事上の必要およびアレルギーを考慮し必要に応じて医師に相談したこと、本製品を 摂取する各人への適合性の確認は購入者の責任であること、ならびに摂取は当該開示を踏まえた 購入者自身の自発的な選択であることを確認するものとします。本条のいかなる規定も、 日本の消費者契約法および製造物責任法を含む適用法令上、排除または制限することができない 責任を排除または制限するものではなく、その他の事項については本規約の責任制限条項が 適用されます。
- 責任の制限。法令の許す範囲で、当店の責任の総額は当該注文の代金額を 上限とします。日本法上制限できない責任を制限するものではありません。
- 準拠法・管轄。本条件は日本法に準拠します。紛争については 【東京】地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

What we collect
Only what you type into our order and contact forms: your name, email address, delivery address, and the contents of your message or order. This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Two preferences (your light/dark theme and your language choice) are stored locally in your browser and never sent to us.
Why we collect it
Solely to fulfil your order, arrange delivery, and respond to your messages. We do not use your data for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone except the delivery carriers who need your address to deliver your order.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as Japanese commercial and tax law requires, then deleted. Support correspondence is deleted once the matter is resolved.
Your rights
Under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), you may request disclosure, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@mastry.jp.
